Who we are
Anvil is made and sold by Nashit Ansari, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: anvilextension430@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you start a trial, buy Anvil or sign in to your account, so we can send and recover your activation code.
- Your licence: the code, the plan, when it expires, and an anonymous identifier for each computer it is activated on, so a code works on two computers at a time.
- What you send us: bug reports, feature requests, votes and reviews you submit on this site.
What we do not collect
Your footage, projects and timelines stay on your computer. Anvil's tools run locally and do not send your media to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details; Paddle tells us your email address, what you bought and whether the payment succeeded.
Services we use
- Supabase stores licences, accounts and what you send us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax and refunds.
- An email provider sends your activation codes and sign-in links.
If you use the AI chat, what you type is sent directly from your computer to the AI provider whose key you added. It does not pass through us.
How long we keep it
We keep licence records for as long as the licence exists and as long as needed for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to your email at any time; an active licence stops working once deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing anvilextension430@gmail.com from the address you used with Anvil.
